Tool Sale and Live Edge Lumber Auction
Join us at MakeHaven's back patio for a unique auction and tool swap event that supports our mission to provide high-quality tools and resources to our community. We're teaming up with New England ReUse for a special day featuring an exciting live edge lumber auction and a tool swap to benefit MakeHaven.
Tool Swap: Donate your working used tools from 5:00 PM onward. We will price them for sale during the swap starting at 6:00 PM. At end of night, any remaining tools will have reduced prices to ensure quick sales and minimize storage needs. All proceeds from the used tool swap support MakeHaven's tool acquisition and replacement expansion. Some tools will be made free.
Tool Sale: MakeHaven has a selection of new tools available for sale as priced at 75% of online price. Tools not sold will not be further discounted but will be saved for future tools sales.
Live Edge Lumber Auction: Bid on 24 pieces of high-quality live edge lumber totaling 313 board feet, provided by New England ReUse! MakeHaven is partnering with New England ReUse for their last hoo-rah to find a home for these beautiful boards. Species include Maple, Oak, Elm, Pine, Chestnut, Cherry, and more! Bids will be set collaboratively to ensure fair and attractive pricing. Auction winners will also receive complimentary, limited advisory services from master woodworkers Matt Kling and Donna Best of New England ReUse on any projects specific to the live edge lumber you've won!
